If you’ve been on social media in the past few weeks, you’ve probably (definitely) heard about TikTok’s new “Hype House.” Started by Chase Hudson and Thomas Petrou, it’s home to almost 20 of TikTok’s most popular stars. While definitely not the first of its kind, the “Hype House” is the most popular multi-creator home right now. We polled over 20,000 Wishbone users to see how they feel about the Hype House, and here’s what we found…
The Hype Is Real
Teens are overwhelmingly supportive of the new influencer home. A majority of Wishbone users think that, unlike many other influencer homes, Hype House will last. 82% of teens admitted they’d even like to live in the house.
One point of contention regarding the home has been its lack of diversity. Teens appear to be split on the issue.
The Girls
According to Wishbone polls, 19 year-old Addison Easterling is the most beloved girl in Hype House. Another favorite is Charli D’Amelio who, at just 15 years-old, has amassed a following of almost 17 million. Her older sister Dixie D’Amelio is also a member of the crew, along with Daisy Keech and Avani.
The Boys
Of the two co-founders, Chase Hudson is a clear favorite with Wishbone voters (and this *may* have something to do with his rumored romance with Charli D’Amelio). Jack Wright, whose twin brother James Wright is also a member, is another fan favorite. Ryland Storms and Bryce Hall also have a strong backing from fans.
The Couples
Several potential couples have emerged from Hype House – but fans don’t yet have confirmation as to whether the love is true or a massive publicity stunt. We have some feelings on the matter but decided Wishbone users’ opinions were more exciting…
Charli D’Amelio and Chase Hudson are currently TikTok’s hottest potential flame. The pair have posted several videos together and had a lovey-dovey photoshoot with popular IG photographer, @bryant. 57% of users believe the couple is actually dating, but many (we repeat, many) TikTok users have created videos suggesting otherwise.
Teens prefer Chase and Charli’s young love over other potential-couple Addison Easterling and Bryce Hall. The only confirmed Hype House couple, Alex Warren and Kouvr Annon, are consequently the least popular (with only 34% of Wishbone users’ votes). What did you expect?
